  • Sustainable production of bio-fuels, with management of carbon sink/source dynamics in the boreal forests and mires (Project No. 127299-A5060-06, 2008–2012), under the Finland Distinguished Professor Programme (FiDiPro) of Academy of Finland, co-ordinated jointly by Prof. Seppo Kellomäki from the School of Forest Sciences and Prof. Kai-Yun Wang (East China Normal University and UEF) and Prof. Pertti Martikainen from the Department of Environmental Science, University of Eastern Finland (UEF).
